The Snoreguard seems to be very effective for me and has reduced my snoring considerably. However I find it puts a fair bit of pressure and pain on my front teeth top and bottom. I have adjusted the bottom section back and forth but it doesn't do really much.

I had an expensive custom made mouth guard that had worn away. I decided to try this expectig it would not work well, as I had tried other brands before and not lasted more than a day or two. To my surprise it has been really good. It took around a week for my jaw to get use to it but now it seems to be ok and my snoring is less now, than when I had my expensive one. Highly recommend.
